Ronald Ho is the Managing Director and founder of Masonry Pte Ltd, which was established in 1997.

Ronald graduated from Singapore Polytechnic with a Diploma in Architectural Technology and started his career with a prestigious Italian Stone Company for 7 years before venturing out on his own with two like-minded business partners. He was involved in numerous notable projects in his former company, including Winsland House, Wheelock Place and UOB Plaza I and II.

With a great passion for the construction industry and an avid interest in stones, Ronald became inspired to start building a company that he envisioned – a brand name known as the stone specialist and recognised as the leading player in the industry.

Today, Ronald takes pride in the success of Masonry, which has carved out a solid reputation within the industry. One Raffles Link was amongst the major milestones of the company as it helped Masonry lay the foundation for growth. Their team’s contribution to the success of the iconic development, Esplanade and other key projects took the company to greater heights.

Ronald attributes their current success to the team’s ability to thrive on challenges and deliver projects on time while providing exceptional quality and the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Samuel graduated with a Diploma in Civil Engineering & Construction in 1985 and worked as Project Manager and Senior Project Manager in relevant fields for close to 10 years. He joined Masonry in 2012 and now oversees all site operations, ensuring timely completion of projects, adherence to budget and quality assurance.

Samuel encourages teamwork among his team members to achieve increased productivity and efficiency. He also takes pride in his ability to thrive on challenges and is instrumental to the success of many key projects including Resorts World Sentosa and Marina Bay Financial Centre.

Xylia received a Bachelor of Science (Building) with Third Class Honours from National University of Singapore in 2005 and joined Masonry as a Quantity Surveyor that year. She is now the Contracts Manager and oversees all contractual matters relating to projects undertaken by the company. Her key responsibilities include contract management, procurement of materials and services and assisting in the tender process.

Over the years, she has successfully completed many iconic commercial projects including ION Orchard / The Orchard Residences, Marina Bay Sands Integrated Resort, Marina Bay Financial Centre, VivoCity and the refurbishment of Marina Bay Sands Retail Mall, as well as other interior fitting-out works for offices.

With a Diploma in Architectural Technology from Singapore Polytechnic and a keen interest in architecture, engineering, landscape architecture and environmental preservation, Jenny started her career as a draftsperson in 1990. She joined Masonry as a Design Manager in 1998. Today, she has over 20 years of experience in the industry and oversees all aspects of the design process. She prepares detailed drawings and plans and works closely with Architects and Contractors to provide the best solution for installation and fabrication, and to ensure all projects run smoothly.

Stephanie has joined Masonry for over a decade and plays a pivotal role in the financial success of the company. She oversees the day-to-day activities of the finance team and performs duties involving accounting, taxes, audits, budgets and regulatory compliance.

She is also responsible for implementing and maintaining all financial controls and systems within the company and works collaboratively with other business functions to identify and recommend potential operational efficiencies and improvements to practices and procedures.

Over the years, she has established long-term relationships with bankers, auditors, solicitors and stakeholders. She also trains and works in close partnership with members of her team to ensure best practices and compliance with the company’s financial policies and procedures.

In 2012, Stephanie received her BA (Hons) in Accounting and Finance from UK.

David started as a Draughtsman and was assisting site operations for projects such as Ngee Ann City, UOB Plaza 1 and Winsland House 1. He was soon recognised for his capabilities and was given the opportunity to receive further training at the parent company in Italy. He joined Masonry in 2003 and became the Chief Representative in Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam.

As a Senior Project Manager, David was in charge of the daily operations of site works for projects including Ion Orchard and Marina Bay Financial Centre. Following this, he assumed the role of Sales Manager after he was tasked to head a new set up in Sales and Marketing for a business expansion program which aimed to introduce leading age technologies for stones to clients and consultants and propel the business to new heights.
